Deborah is an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Director, Consultant and Coach with over 40 years’ experience of enabling improved and sustainable outcomes at personal and professional levels with individuals as well as enhancing understanding, outcomes and impact for teams and organisations.

Deborah is an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Director, Consultant and Coach with over 40 years’ experience of enabling improved and sustainable outcomes at personal and professional levels with individuals as well as enhancing understanding, outcomes and impact for teams and organisations.  

A senior leader in many organisations, including being a founding director of ChildLine, Deborah has led local, regional, and national change programmes across private, public, and voluntary sectors, as well as facilitating, coaching, and mentoring for political, organisational and system leaders.  

Deborah’s professional background includes being a frontline practitioner and strategic leader working with and on behalf of vulnerable children and families. Over the years she has, and continues to, contribute to sector led improvements across England.  Throughout her life, she has made it her mission to highlight and challenge issues of inequality particularly in relation to class, gender, and disability.

Phoebe is a fiery and driven Consultant with a portfolio career, specialising in female leadership. 

Two-time winner of Management Today's 35 Women Under 35 (and now an Awards Judge), she is an Assessor at the University of Cambridge's Institute of Sustainability Leadership (a course called 'Women Leading Change: Shaping Our Future'), and 

Phoebe is a fiery and driven Consultant with a portfolio career, specialising in female leadership. 

Two-time winner of Management Today's 35 Women Under 35 (and now an Awards Judge), she is an Assessor at the University of Cambridge's Institute of Sustainability Leadership (a course called 'Women Leading Change: Shaping Our Future'), and a Visiting Lecturer elsewhere on the foundations of gender equality.  

Her professional background is as a corporate investigator, specialising in asset recovery and enforcement. As part of being deeply embedded in this industry, she was the Chair of the Board of a non-for-profit organisation (the Female Fraud Forum), serving on the committee for four years in total, through which she spearheaded the support and encouragement for the advancement of women. She is also a Judge and Advisory Board Member of the Women and Diversity in Law Awards, a Judge of the UK's Economic Crime Awards, and a United Nations delegate to the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW67 and CSW68).

Phoebe is a Mentor at One Million Mentors, a non-for-profit focused on transforming society by connecting young people with opportunities. She is also Co-Founder of London’s ‘The Female City Supper Club’.
